If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color has-normal-font-size wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\"><h3><strong>Return Process<\/strong><\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-normal-font-size wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\">First step is to request a return authorization by emailing <a href=\"mailto:sales@phillyphotosupply.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sales@phillyphotosupply.com<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In new, resalable condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and promotional items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free from damage, excessive wear, or missing components<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A return label will be supplied for defective or incorrectly shipped items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier claim process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is authorized you will be provided shipping instructions and you will have 10 days in which to post the item back to us. If the item does not start tracking within the 10 day time period, the return privilege will be revoked and the item refused if shipped back to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><h2><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next contact your bank. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">sales@phillyphotosupply.com<\/span>.<br><\/p><br><p><!--more--> .<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><h2>Gifts<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><h2>Shipping returns<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>Items should be returned to:<\/p><br><ul><li>PPS Returns<\/li><br><li>1219 Cowpath Road<\/li><br><li>Hatfield PA 19440-2618.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
